Chinese character: 你
Chinese character: 很
Chinese character: 幽
Chinese character: 默

幽默 (yōumò) means humor, humorous.

Example: If I ever met the comedian Jerry Seinfeld, I would tell him, “你很幽默” (Nǐ hěn yōumò). I don’t think he will be able to understand it though. Maybe he will give you a polite smile. If you were to tell him “你很幽默” (Nǐ hěn yōumò), make sure you pronounce 幽默 (yōumò) correctly as 幽 (yōu) is in the first tone and 默 (mò) the fourth tone. If you mispronounce it, it might sound like 油墨 (Yóumò), meaning ink. Then Seinfeld will really have a good laugh about it.
