We send all standard shipping orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. We provide an online status report of your order and e-mail a tracking number. Feel free to contact us for an estimated date of shipping.
Production Time (Turnaround Time)
Most stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Most custom products are shipped in 7-10 business days. That is, 1 to 2 calendar weeks. Express shipping will speed up the delivery time but not the production time. Rush production is only available if it's indicated on the product page.
UPS Shipping, Packing & Handling
Choose Standard Shipping (most economical) during checkout if you are not in a hurry to receive your products. Choose UPS Shipping for more reliable delivery time. UPS rates are calculated in real time.
UPS Ground Transit Time from Good Characters, Inc. in California
UPS Ground Shipping from our office to most places in California takes just one day. If you live in California, Ground shipping is cheaper and might be faster than UPS 2nd-Day Shipping. Ground shipping to New York will take 5 business days. That means if we ship it on Monday, you will receive it on the following Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days. If you are in New York and need your items in a hurry, choose 2nd-Day or Next-Day Express.
